One of the first in Japan to cover Shiori Itō’s story, I directed a live editorial show on #MeToo, gender violence, and media responsibility for HuffPost Japan. This bilingual program, filmed during a moment of national reckoning, aimed to amplify voices often left out of mainstream media.
The show aired live across social platforms and featured in-depth conversations on legal reform, societal silence, and the challenges survivors face. It was part journalism, part public discourse—crafted not just to inform, but to shift the cultural narrative.
